  • The return request is made within 30 days of your purchase.
  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must be free from damage caused by misuse, human error, or any modifications.

For defective or damaged products that you received beyond the 30-day window, you may still be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the issue.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@s-estore.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
    • Third-party Purchases: If you bought our Wooden Spoons, Spoonula, Spatula, or other products through a third-party platform, please contact us at the same email for guidance.
  2. Provide proof of purchase for verification.
  3. Once approved, we will send you a return label. Please do not ship the item back without receiving a return authorization from us.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 72 hours.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
  • You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.

Important Return Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Only returnable items with proper verification and original packaging will be accepted.
  • Items not meeting return criteria will not be accepted and may be sent back at your cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in their original packaging.

Replacement Parts & Digital Products

  • Replacement parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Digital products such as e-books or downloads are also non-refundable once the purchase is complete. If you encounter issues with your digital purchase, contact us at support@s-estore.com.

Restocking Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all customer-initiated returns.
  • Items shipped but not physically received by the customer due to refusal or incorrect addresses may incur up to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
