You can expect to receive your products, such as wooden spoons, spoonulas, and spatulas, within 8 business days (2-3 days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for USPS economy shipping) from the day your order is placed.

We offer Free Economy Shipping on select items.
Economy Shipping: Expected delivery within 3 to 5 business days, shipped via a carrier of our choice.
- Offer valid only within the contiguous United States.
- Free shipping excludes freight and expedited shipping. It also does not apply to special order items.
- If free shipping applies to a product, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Excludes shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
- Valid on qualifying purchases based on the pre-tax and post-discount total. All purchases are final and non-adjustable.
Shipping FAQs
What are the shipping times?
- Processing Time: 2-3 business days from the time of order placement. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the next business day. Once processing is complete, orders ship via USPS or UPS, with delivery expected in 3-5 business days within the continental United States.
- Remote areas: Additional delivery time may be required.
When are your shipping hours?
Our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Pacific Time). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the following business day.
How can I track my order shipment?
To track your shipment, visit our Tracking Order Page. You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped.
Do you deliver to upper floors?
We currently offer curbside delivery only, and deliveries to upper floors are not provided.

Shipping Times
- Standard shipping times: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (PST).
- We are closed on holidays and weekends.
Processing Time
- 1-2 business days from order placement. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
- Additional processing time may be required for certain products, which will be clearly noted on the product page.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (December-January), shipping times may be extended due to high order volumes or unforeseen weather conditions. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.
Multiple Packages
Your order may arrive in multiple packages, and it is not guaranteed that all items will be delivered on the same day unless special arrangements are made.
Carriers Used
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Please note that we currently do not offer White Glove Delivery (inside delivery, room of choice, or dunnage removal). Deliveries for equipment purchases will be curbside only.
Rerouting Packages
If your package has already been shipped but requires an address correction, a rerouting fee of $19.00 will apply. Please note that rerouting does not guarantee success, and refund requests for rerouting fees must be submitted in writing via email.
Rerouting is not available for return shipments back to S-estore.com.
Freight Delivery / LTL
Items requiring freight delivery will be shipped via a freight carrier, with delivery times scheduled in advance. All deliveries must be inspected by the client before signing for release.
White Glove Service is not available for freight deliveries. These deliveries are curbside to the door only.
Shipping Limitations
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or any other countries or territories outside the USA.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Return and Refund Policy

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days of your purchase.

For defective or damaged products that you received beyond the 30-day window, you may still be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the issue.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Third-party Purchases: If you bought our Wooden Spoons, Spoonula, Spatula, or other products through a third-party platform, please contact us at the same email for guidance.
- Provide proof of purchase for verification.
- Once approved, we will send you a return label. Please do not ship the item back without receiving a return authorization from us.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 72 hours.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
- You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
Important Return Notes
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Only returnable items with proper verification and original packaging will be accepted.
- Items not meeting return criteria will not be accepted and may be sent back at your cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Custom or special orders.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Replacement Parts & Digital Products
- Replacement parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Digital products such as e-books or downloads are also non-refundable once the purchase is complete. If you encounter issues with your digital purchase, contact us at support@s-estore.com.
Restocking Fees
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all customer-initiated returns.
- Items shipped but not physically received by the customer due to refusal or incorrect addresses may incur up to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
